I care. In a nutshell, that's the answer. I have thought about the question, "Why?". Why do people call me for their real estate needs in Michigan, when they know I live in Florida and travel back and forth to my home state of Michigan? It really boils down to the fact that "I care". Consistent communication throughout the entire process and an attitude of "if this were my home, how would I want an agent to handle it?" Why do agents want to work with me as their broker?
